Accessible childcare facilities for families in St Mary's Bay and Dymchurch

Here at Sunshine & Showers Nursery School, you can take advantage of the free early education hours which are offered by the government. This allows eligible 2, 3 and 4 year olds to access either 15 or 30 free childcare hours for a maximum of 38 weeks per year. St Mary's Bay nursery

Open 46 weeks per year from 8am to 6pm

At our nursery in St Mary's Bay, we close for two weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and three weeks at the end of August. We offer flexible booking hours, from a minimum of three hours per week.

Flexible hours between 8am and 6pm

6 months - 2 years - £7.00 per hour

2 years - £6.50 per hour

3-4 years - £6.00 per hour

Spaces can be limited, so we advise that you book early, especially if you require space for siblings. Our flexible booking structure is ideal for those with differing shift patterns and we aim to accommodate all requests wherever possible.

Dymchurch Nursery

Open 38 weeks per year from 8am to 3:15pm

Our Dymchurch setting is open term time only from 8am to 3pm, making it a popular option for those who work in educational settings. Our pre-school environment tailors the curriculum to each individual child, and we take into account the children's likes and dislikes when planning.

2 years - £6.10 per hour

3-4 years - £5.95 per hour

The government's free early education initiative is applied to the first 15/30 hours that your child attends the setting, for a maximum of 38 weeks per year.
